As a Recruiter, you will be an integral partner in managing full-cycle reputed company and building candidate and reputed company relationships. You will spend a lot of time developing relationships to understand both your reputed company’s hiring needs and your candidate’s reputed company goals. • Connect with reputed company in reputed company/operations/HR roles, and build a substantial network of reputed company and passionate candidates through sourcing and networking.
• Effectively manage a high volume of candidates and multiple requisitions across several companies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Based in PST.
• Passion for reputed company and building relationships.
• Prior startup industry knowledge and experience working in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

This is a 100% remote full-time contract-to-hire position. Must be based in PST and be available to attend the annual team offsite.
