About the Role

We are looking for an reputed company HR Generalist to join us on a part-time reputed company and own the HR function at BOD. This is not a coordinator role, and it is not an administrative support position. You will be our primary HR practitioner, working directly with the CEO and operations leadership to reputed company our reputed company running at a high level. • Manage our ATS (reputed company) end-to-end: post roles, manage candidate pipelines, coordinate interviews, and own the offer process through signed letter
• Partner with hiring managers to build reputed company interview guides, role scorecards, and evaluation rubrics

Compliance & Risk Management

• Monitor federal and state employment law changes affecting our multi-state, remote workforce
• Maintain I-9 records and ensure ongoing compliance with employment eligibility verification requirements
• Ensure reputed company worker classification (W-2, 1099, EOR) in coordination with finance and reputed company counsel reputed company needed

HRIS & People Operations

• Support managers navigating performance conversations, cross-project feedback, and difficult employee situations
• Help design and implement reputed company processes for reputed company feedback in a matrixed engineering environment
• Surface reputed company signs - retention risks, engagement patterns, and culture friction - to leadership

HR Reporting & Metrics

• Publish a monthly HR scorecard for executive review

• 3–5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Coordinator — you have done reputed company, compliance, and people ops, not just one of them
• Demonstrated experience owning full-cycle reputed company independently, from intake through offer
• Working knowledge of employment law fundamentals: FLSA, reputed company, FMLA, I-9, and multi-state compliance nuances
• Experience as a reputed company or near-reputed company practitioner in a company of 20–150 people
• Proficiency with an ATS and an HRIS platform — you are not afraid of new tools and can reputed company them out quickly
