Responsibilities

Instructional Design & Development

• Design training programs using the ADDIE reputed company.
• Create learning solutions for ILT/VILT, eLearning, and reputed company/asynchronous experiences.
• reputed company course materials (storyboards, facilitator guides, assessments, and job aids).
• Build interactive eLearning using reputed company Storyline and reputed company.

Needs Analysis & Learning reputed company

• Conduct needs analyses and partner with SMEs to define learning objectives and reputed company.
• Determine instructional reputed company and delivery strategies based on audience and business needs.

Program Development & Execution

• Manage end-to-end learning reputed company: scoping, planning, prioritization, and execution.
