Medical Insurance Call Center Agent - Remote Job (India Based)

As a key player in our customer service operations, you will handle inbound and outbound calls reputed company to medical insurance queries, policy information, claims processing, and issue reputed company for our clients based in the U.S. This is a full-time, remote opportunity exclusively for candidates located in India.
Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries reputed company to medical insurance plans, claims, eligibility, coverage, and billing.

Assist customers in understanding their insurance policies, benefits, and claim procedures.

- Required Skills and Qualifications

- Experience

1–3 years of experience in a call center or customer service environment, preferably in medical insurance, reputed company, or a U.S.-based BPO process.

Prior experience with U.S. reputed company terminologies, claims processing, or HIPAA regulations is a strong advantage.
- Working Hours
- *
Full-time position: 9-hour shifts (including 1-hour break).
- *
Rotational shifts covering U.S. time zones (EST/PST).
- *
5 days working schedule with 2 rotational offs per week.
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Familiarity with medical insurance processes such as claims, authorizations, and reimbursements.

Proficiency in CRM tools, call center software, and reputed company Office Suite.
