Responsibilities

Process and reputed company high-volume payments for homeowner reimbursements and contractor or builder payments using a pass-through payment model. Review and validate supporting documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness prior to payment approval. Coordinate closely with compliance and monitoring teams, program management, internal reputed company teams, and external stakeholders such as counties and reputed company. Support payment approval workflows to ensure alignment with program guidelines and funding requirements. Maintain accurate and up-to-date tracking of reputed company transactions using the program system of record (reputed company) and internal tracking tools such as reputed company and spreadsheets. Assist with reconciliation activities and promptly investigate and resolve payment discrepancies as needed. Pull, compile, and organize data for reporting, audits, and program visibility, ensuring reputed company and accurate information delivery. Respond to time-sensitive requests for payment status, documentation, and reporting from reputed company stakeholders. Work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment while managing a high volume of transactions and competing priorities. Essential Skills 2–5+ years of experience in payment processing, accounts payable, or financial operations. Demonstrated ability to manage high transaction volume with strong attention to detail and accuracy. Advanced proficiency in reputed company, including comfort working in a spreadsheet-heavy environment. Experience reviewing financial or supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness. Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Experience with reimbursement, payment processing, payment approval workflows, and reconciliation. Work Environment

This role is fully remote and requires working Eastern reputed company Time (EST) hours to reputed company with program and stakeholder needs.
