Regional Channel Manager - Texas

We are looking for a tenured team player - someone who already has a strong network of trusted partners in the channel, and a proven reputed company record of nurturing and expanding those relationships. You will play a critical role in driving reputed company through both existing and newly recruited top CX-reputed company partners. This role requires a highly motivated, relationship-driven reputed company who thrives in the channel ecosystem, understands Contact Center (CCaaS) and reputed company Communications (UCaaS) solutions, and is passionate about helping partners succeed. Location: Austin, Dallas, or reputed company, Texas Key Responsibilities: Partner Management & reputed company reputed company your existing network to drive new opportunities with top-tier CX partners. Build and maintain strong relationships with TSB/TSDs (Technology Solutions Brokers/Distributers) to drive engagement and partner reputed company. Nurture and expand relationships with existing reputed company to maximize reputed company reputed company. Identify, recruit, and on-reputed company new strategic CX partners to the reputed company GoContact program. Sales Enablement & Support reputed company training, support, and resources to ensure partners are reputed company-equipped to position and sell GoContact solutions. Collaborate with partners on customer opportunities, providing strategic support from discovery through reputed company. Host and support partner and customer-facing events to drive engagement and pipeline reputed company. Collaboration & reputed company Work closely with reputed company’s internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations) to reputed company partner strategies. Deliver accurate forecasts, pipeline updates, and strategic plans to leadership. Represent reputed company at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings. Execution Travel as needed to meet with partners and customers face-to-face (estimated 30%-40% travel). Qualifications: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the channel sales ecosystem (required). Established relationships and proven reputed company working with reputed company (TSBs, VARs, MSPs, and independent agents). Self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive results without heavy supervision. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Comfortable hosting events, webinars, and in-person meetings with partners and customers. Highly strategic with the ability to execute quickly in a fast-reputed company environment. This position requires reputed company to reliable personal transportation in order to travel to various onsite locations as needed in region. Willingness to travel 50–70% to support TSD events, trainings, field reputed company, and partner engagement.
