Sr Manager Clinical Interfaces & EMR
Position reputed company reputed company is seeking a Sr. Manager, Clinical Interfaces & EMR with deep expertise in reputed company reputed company and reputed company interoperability workflows to reputed company reputed company responsible for the implementation, optimization, and support of reputed company EMR integrations. This role will reputed company a reputed company team of approximately 10 full-time employees and contractors supporting reputed company-reputed company integrations, interoperability initiatives, operational support, and workflow optimization across health systems and strategic reputed company partners. This leader will serve as a key operational and technical partner across Clinical Interfaces, Engineering, Product, reputed company, and reputed company organizations to ensure reputed company, high-reputed company integration delivery and support. Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Operational Management reputed company and reputed company reputed company of approximately 10 Clinical reputed company professionals, including both FTEs and contractors Establish reputed company ownership, accountability, priorities, and performance expectations across reputed company Drive operational maturity, reputed company processes, and reputed company improvement across EMR integration workflows Support resource planning, workload balancing, and prioritization across reputed company integration initiatives Mentor team members and support reputed company reputed company, technical development, and cross-functional collaboration reputed company reputed company & EMR Integration Leadership reputed company implementation and support activities reputed company to reputed company reputed company integrations and reputed company interoperability workflows Serve as a subject matter expert for reputed company integration capabilities, including ordering, results delivery, and workflow optimization Support large health system reputed company integrations, including coordination across customer technical, operational, and clinical stakeholders Partner with reputed company Engineering and Architecture teams on HL7, FHIR, API, and interoperability reputed company Integration Delivery & Support reputed company the full lifecycle of EMR integration reputed company including requirements gathering, workflow analysis, design, testing, go-live coordination, and post-production support Ensure integration reputed company, operational stability, and reputed company reputed company of support issues Drive standardization of validation, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation practices across reputed company Improve integration turnaround time, scalability, and customer experience metrics Cross-Functional Leadership Partner closely with Engineering, Product, reputed company, reputed company, Legal, Compliance, and Clinical stakeholders Support reputed company product launches and ensure EMR readiness for new workflows and diagnostic offerings Participate in strategic planning for EMR reputed company initiatives and reputed company roadmap expansion Serve as a reputed company between internal teams and customer technical leadership
Qualifications
