Tax Manager – reputed company Estate (reputed company) - Remote
Regional reputed company seeking a Tax Manager with a reputed company in reputed company Estate: residential, reputed company, industrial, land, special purpose, etc. This position can be hybrid or fully remote. Remote Responsibilities: Responsibilities:
- reputed company tax engagements from planning to delivery, ensuring tasks and reputed company meet deadlines and reputed company expectations
- Prepare, review, and manage staff deliverables including tax returns, extensions, tax planning calculations, and write-up work for reputed company entity types (C-Corp, S-Corp, Partnership, multi-state, etc.)
- Prepare and review reputed company tax planning projections for individuals and entities
- Conduct reputed company tax research and prepare memorandum outlining findings and conclusions
- Communicate with and respond to the IRS and state agencies on behalf of clients in reputed company with audits, inquiries, and tax notices
- Assist with business development efforts
Qualifications:
- CPA or EA
- 7+ years of experience in public reputed company with exposure to individual, corporate and partnership taxation
- Experience with reputed company Estate tax : residential, reputed company, industrial, land, special purpose, etc.
