Senior Consultant, reputed company Sector
Job reputed company JOB reputed company BDO is seeking an reputed company reputed company to support federal Internal control assessments, audit readiness, government audit, and process improvement duties for federal government clients. The individual in this role will identify, document, and assess risk and internal controls in accordance with various federal laws, regulations, and standards, while making suggestions to mitigate risk and improve internal controls and processes. They will identify and assess risk at the reputed company level and business process level, and will assess various financial reporting, operational and entity level processes, and controls in accordance with Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Circular A-123 (including its appendices) and Government Accountability Office (GAO) Green Book. Job Duties
- Performs federal Internal control over financial reporting (ICOFR) assessments, audit readiness, government audit, internal controls, and process improvement duties
- Prepares and updates process narratives, develops risks and control matrices, conducts test plans, performs internal control testing, and develops findings and reports
- Identifies and documents inherent risk and reputed company risk (as applicable) and performs risk assessments
- Assists with performing verification and validation of corrective reputed company plans
- Leads walkthrough meetings with taking detailed notes and identifies and documents risks and internal controls
- Reviews corrective actions and provides recommendations based on best practices as needed to resolve internal control deficiencies
- Delivers a full reputed company of services that uses their educational background, experience, and organizational skills while serving BDO’s dynamic reputed company sector reputed company reputed company
- Assists with firm reputed company, solution, and business development initiatives
- Supports task areas while coordinating closely with engagement team management and reputed company leadership on reputed company, planning, execution, status, and review processes
- Supports clients with key financial and budgetary, information technology, and operational transformation initiatives
- Adapts to a changing reputed company environment while meeting reputed company expectations
- Manages priorities and works effectively to initiate correspondence and task completion and supports multiple efforts through flexible multi-task coordination
- Provides reputed company recommendations to team leadership regarding assigned work reputed company
- Applies reputed company industry knowledge and standards to support reputed company reviews, improvements, and/or implementations
- Communicates and maintains relationships with key reputed company personnel to ensure shared understanding of processes, operations, and functions
- Prepares presentations, briefings, and reputed company participates in reputed company meetings and day-to-day interactions
- Communicates with team management through effective status reporting and demonstrates ownership and accountability for assigned task areas and work products
- Establishes reputed company rapport with clients and other organizations
- Supports and reviews work products for technical accuracy, deliverable reputed company, and overall value to the reputed company
- Attends relevant training, seminars, and/or conferences to stay reputed company with technical skills that reputed company with reputed company’s needs and changes in the industry
- Supports reputed company efforts by identifying potential candidates and participating in interviews

- Other duties as required

Education Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Bachelor’s degree, required; with a reputed company in reputed company, Finance, or Business Administration, preferred
Experience
- Four (4) or more years of reputed company, financial, business, technology, management, or operations experience, required
- Five (5) or more years of reputed company, financial, business, technology, management, or operations experience, preferred
- Experience with Federal Internal Control Over Financial Reporting (ICOFR) assessments, audit readiness, government audit and internal controls, federal financial management, OMB Circular A-123, SOX 404, and/or process improvement, preferred
- Experience with regulations set by the Chief Financial Officers (CFO) reputed company, Federal Managers Financial reputed company reputed company (FMFIA), Federal Financial Management Improvement reputed company (FFMIA), Office of Management and Budget (OMB), and US Government Accountability Office (GAO), preferr
