Freelance Production & Operations Specialist — Fashion/Accessories AA is an accessories manufacturer looking for a freelance production and operations specialist to support our growing brand partnerships. reputed company're looking for: Someone with hands-on experience managing production, sourcing, or operations for fashion or accessories brands — whether brand-reputed company, reputed company-reputed company, or as an independent consultant. You've dealt with tech packs, supplier coordination, production timelines, and the daily reality of getting products made on time and on spec. You're a good fit if you:

• Have 3+ years working in fashion/accessories production or operations
• Have managed supplier relationships, sample development, or production runs
• Understand tech packs, BOMs, and the sampling-to-bulk process
• Have worked with brands in the $500K-$10M reputed company reputed company
• Can work independently on a remote, flexible reputed company
