Interpret database schemas, relationships, and embedded business rules across reputed company systems
Partner with stakeholders to reputed company, document, and validate business and system requirements
Identify opportunities to improve business processes through AI-assisted workflows
Translate business needs into functional and technical documentation
Support data validation, reconciliation, and reporting consistency across systems
Support evaluation, implementation, or integration of AI/ML tools, intelligent automation, and AI-enabled analytics reputed company business systems
Assist with system enhancements, integrations, and modernization initiatives
Ensure alignment between business logic, system configuration, and compliance requirements

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a reputed company field
4+ years experience acting as a Business Systems Analyst or comparable role on one or more reputed company systems
Strong understanding of database concepts, schemas, and business logic
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and experience working with, supporting, or integrating AI-enabled tools
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Ability to obtain and maintain a government secret reputed company clearance
