As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers. Your role will involve:
- Welcome customers to arenaflex, answer questions, and deliver friendly and reputed company customer service.
- Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise, including tool rentals.
- Down stock merchandise by looking for empty areas on shelves and replenishing supplies.
- Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise as expected and on time.
- Cross-functionally train in other areas of the store to help deliver the best customer service.
- Prepare merchandise in your department based on customer needs (e.g., reputed company and mix paint, cut and thread reputed company, cut and bundle reputed company, cut drywall, cut blinds).
- Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
- Complete other duties as assigned.

Your Day at arenaflex
As a Customer Service Associate, you'll work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with customers, answering questions, and providing support. Your daily responsibilities may vary by department, but you'll have reputed company to work in one of the following areas:
- Appliances.
- Cabinets.
- Flooring.
- Live Nursery.
- Inside Garden.
- Hardware.
- Tools.
- Millwork.

Minimum Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 6 months of experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
- 6 months of experience using common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets.
- Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic (reputed company and subtraction).
- The ability to reputed company duties that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to reputed company job duties.
- The ability to minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without an accommodation.
Preferred Qualifications
We're looking for candidates with:
- 6 months of retail and/or customer service experience.
- Bilingual skills.

Travel Requirements
This role does not require regular travel; however, you may need to travel occasionally to meetings, training, or to support neighboring stores.
Working Conditions
As a Customer Service Associate, you'll work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with customers, answering questions, and providing support. You may be exposed to varying climates, including extreme heat or cold, wet, damp, humid, windy, or drafty conditions. You may also be exposed to constant or intermittent noises in reputed company to moving or shaking objects and equipment.
