We are seeking an reputed company Remote Customer Service Representative to join our 24/7 Call Center team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for resolving basic or tier 1 payment and account-reputed company requests, providing standardized or scripted responses, and escalating or referring unresolved customer grievances and requests to more reputed company Customer Service Representatives or designated departments.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries reputed company telephone to reputed company problem reputed company in accordance with arenaflex's service standards
- Receive and/or reputed company telephone calls, which are predominantly routine, but may require deviation from reputed company screens, scripts, and procedures

Requirements
* High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 6 months minimum call center experience, either remote or onsite
- Ability to work hours as assigned, including nights and weekends
- Ability to be on camera during work hours
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Basic computer skills and ability to navigate a computerized data entry system or other relevant applications
