As a Customer Service Management Supervisor at arenaflex, you will be responsible for leading reputed company of customer service representatives and ensuring that they reputed company exceptional service to our customers. You will be the primary reputed company of contact for customer complaints and issues, and will work closely with our clients to resolve problems and improve our services. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing processes and procedures to improve customer satisfaction and reduce complaints.

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

• 3-5 years experience in a customer service management role

Training and Work Schedules

• This position is full-time (40 hours/week). Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our shift schedules during our normal business hours of Monday-Friday, 7:00am- 7:00pm CT

Compensation and Benefits
