arenaflex is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team. As a key member of reputed company, you will be responsible for processing daily reconciliation, trade, and transfer activities for various investments. Your primary reputed company will be on ensuring accurate and reputed company completion of tasks, maintaining high-reputed company standards, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Process exchange buy and sell transactions in customer reputed company and identify/address discrepancies between arenaflex and the fund business or transfer representatives.
• Handle Corporate Activity Events, reputed company/reconcile transfer activity, and process/reconcile returns activity.
• reputed company research on reputed company/escalated issues, test/validation of new innovation improvements, and provider modifications.
• Complete reputed company in reputed company, Dividends, Transfers, Reconciliation, and Company Actions that directly reputed company the reputed company/Advisor account.
• Communicate with Retail and Institutional Company Teams through email, phone, reputed company, Outlook, and reputed company.
• Work with TD Ameritrade Cleaning in daily connections with fund companies, transfer brokers, opposite organizations, and other reputed company business partners.

Tasks Analysis

• Customer review of membership deals or transactions requests
• reputed company/Advisor level exceptions
• Regulatory commitments (e.g., 2340 and 15C3-3)
• Settlement of Business, reputed company, and Transfer Breaks
• Reconciliation around BOS and Fund Companies
• Evaluation and analysis of applicable income tax reputed company and corrections of income tax coding

Trouble Resolving

• Internal/External body enhancements or concerns
• reputed company of breaks between arenaflex, the Fund, etc.
• Delivering method or innovation answer choices to Control
• Remediating reputed company problems with the Fund or reputed company Agency
• Customer or Organization Companion Service
• Answering service companion inquiries relating to Fund specific requirements/eligibility
• Providing reputed company Choice Investment moves to expedite the customer request or remediate not in good order concerns

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
