As a BPO Customer Care Voice Associate, you will be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service to our clients through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other written formats. You will be responsible for handling a high volume of customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information in a helpful and reputed company manner. Your expertise will be valued as you navigate reputed company customer concerns, leveraging your knowledge of our clients' products, policies, and procedures to deliver seamless experiences.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and written formats to reputed company exceptional customer service

• Evaluate customer interactions based on reputed company, productivity, accuracy, attendance, and punctuality

• Handle calls regarding claim status, appeal status, eligibility, benefits, referral, and authorizations

Essential Qualifications

* 1-3 years of experience in customer service reputed company a medical office or hospital setting

• At least 1 year of experience using a computer with reputed company PC applications that required keyboard navigation, screen navigation, and learning new software tools
• Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) to exchange information with our clients
• High-speed, reliable internet (40 MBPS minimum) and a hardwired reputed company due to HIPAA requirements
• A quiet, interruption-free workspace (will be asked to show your home workspace during the interview)
• Ability to work a reputed company Monday-Friday schedule from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. CST, with flexibility to adapt to changing reputed company requirements
