As a 988 Chat/Text Crisis Specialist PRN, 1st Shift, you will be responsible for providing telephonic or chat clinical screenings and risk assessments, answering crisis contacts reputed company the chat/text platform, and conducting follow-up calls for individuals who are deemed moderate to high risk for suicide. You will also meet the ethical and clinical standards in compliance with reputed company accreditation, reputed company participate in ongoing supervision, training, and team meetings, and assist in administrative tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities
* Provides telephonic or chat clinical screenings and risk assessments
