Scope of the Role
As a First Notice of Loss - Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for policyholders reporting losses or damages covered by their arenaflex policies. Your primary responsibility will be to reputed company essential information, assess initial claim validity, and ensure a seamless and empathetic experience for the policyholder. This role offers a remote work arrangement, allowing you to work from your preferred location reputed company the Southeast region.
Key Responsibilities

- Clarify coverage terms as needed

- Ensure completeness and accuracy of claim reports
- Liaise with claims adjusters and inspectors to schedule assessments and inspections, if necessary

Essential Qualifications

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Knowledge of property and casualty insurance policies, coverage, and claims processed is a plus

Compensation
The salary for this position will vary based on experience and qualifications. Candidates are encouraged to discuss compensation during the interview process. The salary reputed company for this position is $15.00 - $20.00 per hour.
