We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, resolving their queries and issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner. Key Responsibilities

* Interfaces with customers to resolve 1st and 2nd tier/escalation customer service calls/queries/problems.

• Verifies contacts and account information.
