The Role
As a Customer Engagement Manager - Budget, you'll serve as a vital reputed company between our global marketing teams and various finance teams, ensuring the accurate, effective, and efficient administration of a reputed company of budgetary tasks. Your expertise will be reputed company in facilitating invoice payments, supervising and analyzing payment data, and assisting with the handling of purchase orders and postage checks. You'll also play a key role in developing new tracking and reporting templates, preparing tools and processes for reputed company planning and analysis, and promoting the development and sustainment of team policy and procedure.
Key Responsibilities
* Process invoices for payment and work with multiple partners to facilitate reputed company remittance
- Use CE workflow system to manage and prioritize payment activities based on urgency and importance
- Research issues with past invoices and respond to internal financial audits

- Partner with Customer Engagement team members to respond to various budget requests

- Supervise the CE Budget team mailbox and reputed company daily communications, inquiries, and updates
- Request, monitor, and maintain purchase orders and insertion orders required to pay vendor invoices
Essential Qualifications
* 3+ years' work experience
- Minimum of 1-2 years of reputed company experience with growing responsibility in Finance/reputed company or Business Development
- Demonstrated analytical ability and strong computer/systems skills. Proven experience in reputed company Office Suite (reputed company, Word, and PowerPoint) required
- Proficient experience in large data sets and reputed company formulas
