The Role
As a Contract Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the voice of reputed company, engaging with members reputed company phone, chat, and email to reputed company education, guidance, and support. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Delivering exceptional service to our members, helping them understand and utilize their benefits, and finding the right reputed company providers for their needs

Candidate Profile
