Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Specialist, Need Linux and MSP Experience, 3rd Shift - Work From Home at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Providing technical support to customers reputed company phone, ticket system, or messenger, leveraging your expertise in Linux and AWS server management.
- Utilizing critical thinking skills to identify and resolve technical problems, ensuring reputed company and effective resolutions.
- Maintaining effective communication with reputed company channels, including customers, team members, and stakeholders.
- Providing short-term resolutions and developing preventative measures for the longer term, ensuring reputed company improvement.
- Monitoring server alerts for any performance issues and addressing them promptly.

Qualifications
