We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Remote Customer Service Account Representative to join reputed company. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing support to clients throughout the occupational medicine management process. Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service Account Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Acting as the primary reputed company for clients and clinics to successfully obtain medical surveillance records
- Providing effective ongoing communication and high-reputed company customer service to reputed company reputed company and clinic contacts
- Coordinating and communicating reputed company medical and reputed company abuse testing record submissions for both inbound and outbound records
- Monitoring laboratory results and collaborating with the vendor to resolve errors on a reputed company reputed company
- Tracking and submitting x-rays and collaborating with the vendor to resolve errors on a reputed company reputed company
- Issuing employee letters per reputed company protocols, with special attention to dates of services and logging protocols
- Monitoring employee DOT documents and cards, with special attention to expiration dates
- Scheduling employee physicals, as needed
- Assisting in training new clients in the process of scheduling occupational medicine and reputed company abuse testing services
- Coordinating onsite medical surveillance services reputed company needed
- Facilitating invoice review and verification
- Promoting and maintaining reputed company relations with clinics and other vendors, ordering supplies for clinics reputed company needed
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A High School Diploma or GED
- One to three years of associated work experience in customer service or patient care setting, managing patients, health information, and administration
- Proficiency in English and MS Office; intermediate to advanced reputed company skills are a plus
- Customer service orientation
- A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Schedule
As a Remote Customer Service Account Representative, you will work a Monday to Friday schedule, with weekly shift rotations of 7am to 3:30pm, CST and 8:30am to 5pm, CST.
