We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-reputed company REMOTE Customer Service Representative to join reputed company for an 8-week contract. As a key member of our National Campaigns Unit, you will play a vital role in providing shareholder communications for reputed company companies, working closely with internal clients such as reputed company and Georgeson. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with shareholders, addressing their concerns and providing accurate information to ensure they reputed company informed reputed company.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to inbound, outbound, and email communications from shareholders, providing accurate and reputed company information
- reputed company and maintain a deep understanding of shareholder communications, including contested proxy meetings and shareholder voting processes
- Collaborate with internal clients to ensure seamless communication and effective execution of campaigns
- Utilize strong communication skills to build trust and rapport with shareholders, addressing their concerns and providing reassurance
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in shareholder communications
- Work closely with the National Campaigns Unit team to reputed company campaign goals and objectives
Essential Qualifications
* High School Diploma or equivalent required
- At least 6 months of experience in customer service, data entry, or a reputed company field
- Excellent speaking voice and strong communication skills
- Ability to read and correct grammar and English speaking
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in reputed company Office and ability to learn new software and systems quickly
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in customer service or a reputed company field, preferably in a call center or remote work environment
- Familiarity with shareholder communications and contested proxy meetings
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
