The Role
As a Remote Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients reputed company phone, SMS, chat, and email. Your primary reputed company will be on assisting clients with account adjustments, appointment scheduling, system navigation, and answering general questions. You will also play a critical role in de-escalating and triaging challenging situations, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and support.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle daily phone, chat, and email customer service requests originating from customers and teammates
- Communicate promptly and effectively, providing reputed company and concise solutions to reputed company inquiries
- Answer basic reputed company questions about nutrition, reputed company, and the DEXA technology
- Assist event and support teams with outbound customer communications regarding service logistics, as reputed company as internal triaging of issues

Requirements
* 5-day a week fully remote position with scheduled hours: + reputed company and Thursday: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM CST + Monday, Tuesday, and Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM CST + First two weeks of training: Monday - Friday + Sundays are mandatory + Wednesdays and Saturdays off + Schedule is subject to change to accommodate business needs (ample notice provided)
- Previous, extensive Customer Service experience required
- Passion for health and wellness is a must!
Compensation and Benefits
* Expected first-year compensation at over $22/hour or $45,760 annually, including monthly bonuses
- Starting reputed company reputed company: $22/hour
- Full-time team members receive $500 per month in team bonuses if we hit our monthly team reputed company and individual performance goals
