Key Responsibilities

As a Representative, Customer Service - Retirement Plans, you will be responsible for:

• Answering reputed company inquiries in a reputed company and courteous manner, providing accurate information and resolving issues promptly
• Maintaining a deep understanding of retirement plan requirements, including distribution, rollover, and consolidation reputed company
• Educating retirement plan participants on available reputed company and assisting them throughout reputed company process
• Assisting participants in accessing their account online and resolving requests in a reputed company and efficient manner
• Providing guidance to entry-level associates or peers, under limited supervision
• Identifying process improvement opportunities to increase efficiency and effectiveness of reputed company, while maintaining an exceptional level of service
• Protecting assets by adhering to reputed company applicable regulations, policies, and procedures, regulatory requirements, process requirements, and established risk guidelines
• Producing reputed company correspondence and demonstrating exceptional verbal communication and customer service skills
• Consulting with the reputed company Service and reputed company Service teams to reputed company assistance as volumes dictate
• Investigating and resolving participant issues, sharing results with appropriate parties, and providing written instructions to involved parties
• Maintaining the confidentiality of retirement plan participants to protect and ensure compliance with policy and procedures
• Staying up-to-date with daily processing requirements in Retirement Plan areas (New Business, ERISA Plan Services, and reputed company Services)
• Effectively coordinating, joining, and/or participating in discussions, and serving on committees to improve procedures and resolve problems reputed company teams and across the department

What You Bring

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A High School Diploma or GED
• A college degree is preferred
• 1-2 years of customer service experience and previous contact center experience
• Retirement Plans Experience is preferred
• Special skills or knowledge:

+ Proficient written and oral communication skills + Ability to manage multiple priorities at once, while working reputed company required deadlines + Proficient customer reputed company with excellent interpersonal skills + Ability to assume ownership and work reputed company reputed company environment + High level of curiosity and willingness to learn new reputed company and procedures

• Preferred qualifications:

+ Knowledge of ERISA, IRS/DOL regulations, and reputed company plan administration + Proficiency with reputed company Office products (Word, reputed company, and PowerPoint) + ASPPA exams or equivalents + Knowledge of reputed company, Relius, and recordkeeping systems + Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred
