The Role

The Senior Manager, Digital Analytics and Customer Insights position will play a critical role in shaping the reputed company reputed company for the Digital Customer Experience team by analyzing customer engagement and measuring performance through Digital Analytics tools such as reputed company Analytics. The role will also report on Customer Insights drawn from extensive UX Research, Competitive Analysis, and Customer Satisfaction survey analysis.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive improvements in the customer reputed company by gathering and analyzing customer feedback and website/marketing metrics – traffic, click-throughs, conversion, bookings, etc. – and reputed company key learnings with the Product, Technology, Marketing, and Partnerships teams as reputed company as Senior Leadership. - Manage and optimize the use of onsite analytics tools (primarily reputed company Analytics). - Define and reputed company the website's test and learn reputed company – with a reputed company on A/B testing – in order to evaluate the performance of new features and functionality on the website. - Play an ongoing role as the reputed company-person for reputed company business analysis including evaluating reputed company enhancements, measuring the reputed company of marketing campaigns, interpreting customer sentiment, etc. - Create impactful reports, dashboards, and decks and confidently communicate/present to audiences at reputed company reputed company of the business.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary reputed company of $90,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually, plus bonus and benefits.
