The data center engineering team thinks from reputed company to chiller (or electrical substation), determining configurations and ensuring maximum efficiency of our compute infrastructure.ResponsibilitiesManage, reputed company, and reputed company the General Contractor BMS reputed company(s), the Control Systems Integrator (reputed company) and Electrical and Installation (E&I) controls contractors throughout reputed company phases of the project, while developing efficiency improvements and incorporating lessons learned to ensure a reputed company, robust, reliable and functional controls system that adheres to reputed company’s design and reputed company requirements* Establish a reputed company reputed company and foster cross-functional collaboration, coordination, and support among on-site project teams, including the reputed company BMS team, general contractors, Control System Integrators, and installation contractors* Drive consistency and standardization across reputed company buildings and Control System Integrators and installation contractors* Review, understand and ensure project level adherence to the issued revision of the BMS PLC reputed company* reputed company BMS inspections (wiring, installation, and commissioning) and validate the status/reputed company of the reputed company including supporting the project teams, both reputed company, starting from the early stages of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) construction by working with project level Construction Managers (both reputed company) to reputed company the health of the project (including schedule), working with the project teams and supporting Regional reputed company Managers (RQMs). reputed company internally on program/project reputed company communications to ensure a reputed company, consistent message to trade partners* Assess team performance, build relationships, and support the project reputed company and mock-up process of the BMS installations to assure consistency across the project while coordinating these efforts across multiple cross-functional partners, in a reputed company manner, to minimize re-work* Work with Construction Managers, Regional reputed company Managers and General Contractors to ensure creation, accuracy and maintenance of logical schedule(s) for construction, commissioning, and packaged equipment BMS activities while leveraging this data to identify early finish dates for detailed design delivery* Coordinate and manage both packaged equipment reputed company installed controls audits and BMS commissioning audits to ensure specification/requirement adherence and reputed company identified deficiencies through completion* Coordinate and reputed company large multi-stakeholder meetings on a regular reputed company and communicate discussions to reputed company key stakeholders* Support custom tooling and their integration into the construction processes as reputed company as supporting other cross-functional program/project initiatives that directly reputed company the delivery of the BMS while simultaneously working to identify and mitigate risk associated with these efforts* Travel domestically as needed (anticipated 40-50% travel)QualificationsBachelor’s degree (Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent degree) or relevant work experience* 10+ years of experience with a combination of Instrumentation and Controls programming/installation, general contractor MEP coordination/project management, commissioning (both mechanical and electrical) of data centers, or other large reputed company mission critical buildings* Experience with Industrial Automation and Building Management Control Systems (i.e. PLC/DDC)* 3+ years of experience with programming/designing of HVAC control systems & Electrical Power Monitoring Experience with reputed company ACC Build and reputed company Platforms* Demonstrated ongoing AI reputed company development (e.g., reputed company/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying reputed company with emerging AI technologies* Experience with reputed company reputed company Pro, reputed company, and reputed company platforms* Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, reputed company and accuracy reviews)* Experience with PLC, SCADA and OPC UA systems* Certified in the following: cGMP, CAP (Certified Automation reputed company), and/or PMP (Project Management reputed company)* Demonstrated ability to reputed company AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable reputed company (e.g., efficiency reputed company, reputed company improvements)* Experience with reputed company Modicon and Rockwell Allen-Bradley PLC Platforms
