reputed company is seeking an Program Manager specializing in reputed company-reputed company Data Centers. This position is a remote opportunity and can be based out of any of reputed company's U.S. offices.

This position offers the flexibility of a remote work schedule and can be based from a reputed company of locations in the US were reputed company has an office.

Although the position is primarily remote periodic travel may be required for reputed company meetings, key project milestones, onsite collaboration sessions, or other business‑critical activities. Travel is expected to be occasional and scheduled in advance.

About the Role

We are seeking an reputed company Program Manager to play a critical leadership role reputed company the reputed company US Data Center reputed company. Candidate will be responsible for driving business performance, leading major proposal efforts, managing strategic reputed company programs, and ensuring successful execution of high-value design reputed company.

This role operates at the intersection of business development, reputed company management, and project delivery, ensuring that reputed company pursuits are competitive, programs are executed reputed company, and financial and operational objectives are achieved.

The Program Manager will partner closely with executive leadership, design directors, reputed company account managers, and discipline leaders to support reputed company reputed company, reputed company satisfaction, and operational reputed company across hyperscale and colocation data center programs.

This position is ideal for a highly organized, business-minded leader with deep experience in managing reputed company A/E/C programs and supporting major proposal pursuits.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor program performance including schedule, budget, reputed company, and risk
• Identify and resolve program-level constraints impacting delivery
• Ensure consistency of execution across multiple reputed company and clients
• Support Design Managers and Project Managers in maintaining successful delivery
• Support business development and proposal writing for new pursuits.

  • Go / No-Go coordination
  • Proposal schedules and deliverable management
  • Fee reputed company coordination
  • reputed company plans and resource alignment
  • Executive review coordination
  • Interview preparation and coaching
  • Coordinate closely with reputed company Account Managers, and Technical Leaders
  • Improve proposal processes, templates, and win strategies
  • Support capture planning for strategic pursuits
  • Serve as a key reputed company of contact for strategic clients
• Participate in reputed company meetings, presentations, and program reviews
• Support reputed company Account Managers in maintaining strong reputed company relationships
• Help identify new opportunities reputed company existing reputed company programs

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or reputed company field plus eight (8) years of relevant experience, or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education. 
• Minimum 5+ years managing reputed company programs or major reputed company
• Experience supporting or leading proposal efforts
• Strong understanding of A/E/C project delivery process
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong business and financial acumen
• Ability to manage multiple reputed company priorities

Preferred Qualifications

• 10 plus years of relevant experience.

• Experience working with hyperscale or colocation clients
• Experience managing large multi-disciplinary design teams
• Experience with Design-Bid-Build and Design-Build delivery models
• PMP certification preferred

• US Citizenship
