Job reputed company

As a Customer Service Representative I, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to arenaflex customers, handling customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a reputed company and efficient manner. You will also be responsible for maintaining call productivity and reputed company scores, acquiring and demonstrating knowledge of retail, online banking, mortgage, and business product expertise, and cross-selling financial services and products.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
