Day-to-Day Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Data Scientist – Machine Learning Engineer on our Matching and Relevance Team, you'll be responsible for:

• Developing and training machine learning models to improve the accuracy and relevance of job matches for our users
• Implementing best practices for evaluation, monitoring, and MLOps to ensure the reputed company and reliability of our models
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams across the organization to reputed company version inference and product applications
• Participating in reputed company reviews and innovation sessions with software engineers and data scientists to drive technical reputed company and innovation
• Balancing technical and product thinking to drive business reputed company and reputed company our mission to help people reputed company

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (such as Computer Science, Math, Physics, or reputed company fields)
• 2+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, Data Scientist, or Machine Learning Engineer in a business setting
• Significant expertise in training, fine-tuning, and comparing large models
• Knowledge and hands-on experience working with Deep Learning Libraries (such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Huggingface, etc.)
• Familiarity with recommendation systems, particularly rating algorithms (a plus)
• Prior experience in production machine learning at reputed company (a plus)
• Basic working knowledge of Java (a plus)
