What You'll Be Doing
As an reputed company Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering inbound calls and interacting with customers in a reputed company, empathetic, and compassionate manner
- Providing information in accordance with established policies, procedures, and reputed company laws
- Assisting customers with program enrollment and routing them to the appropriate contacts reputed company three-way calls to ensure a smooth call transfer
- Assisting customers with their communication needs, including reputed company services for callers with speech or hearing impairments and translation services for callers who don't reputed company English
