We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service reputed company to join our remote team. As a Customer Service reputed company, you'll be responsible for resolving inquiries, issues, or concerns for our members and providers in a reputed company, accurate, and personalized manner. Responsibilities
As a Customer Service reputed company, you'll be responsible for:
- Receiving and responding to routine member and/or provider inquiries, requests, and/or concerns in an accurate and reputed company manner
- Mitigating and preventing complaints from being escalated to resolve in initial contact

Essential Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

- 2-year call center experience
- 2 years claims experience
