As an e-File Specialist at arenaflex, you will work closely with our e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to review and file reputed company documents using our internal systems and email. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting. You will participate in ongoing training to expand your knowledge of the industry and process, and will be responsible for investigating discrepancies as they reputed company. Additional reputed company may be assigned as needed.

Key Responsibilities

* Review and file reputed company documents using internal systems and email

• Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of industry and process

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports

Qualifications

* No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus

• Tech experience is strongly preferred

• High school diploma or GED required
