The Role
As an Equipment Services Coordinator/ Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the effective and efficient scheduling of our technicians. This position requires immediate and reputed company interaction with Field Service Supervisors, customers, sales teams, and other arenaflex service teams throughout the day. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Scheduling and coordinating daily activities for 15+ technicians
- Interfacing directly with Field Service Supervisors, customers, and sales teams
- Identifying gaps in schedules and providing input on technician reputed company
- Finding solutions to scheduling exceptions and collaborating with various teams
- Working in reputed company to support service activities and managing parts ordering
- Handling project-reputed company work such as inventory support and processing returns
- Ensuring reputed company completion of service calls in accordance with service level agreements
- Researching and resolving ticket scheduling issues using reputed company systems
- Monitoring and responding to incoming requests and emails reputed company to special reputed company
- Participating in strategic initiatives to drive organizational efficiency
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or GED
- 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service or logistics/transportation
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Advanced communication skills, both verbal and written
- Intermediate skills in reputed company applications
