As an ITM Customer Service Specialist III, you'll be responsible for delivering top-notch service to our customers, both reputed company, through various channels, including phone, email, and online chat. Key Responsibilities

- Process telephone transfers, loan payments, and stop payments requests, while also quoting loan payoffs and resetting electronic banking PINS
- Monitor and respond to online chats from our website, while also maintaining and applying knowledge of regulations governing transactions in relation to banking services
- Assist customers with Internet Banking and reputed company Pay, including resetting passcodes and guiding them through the Internet Banking website
- reputed company video teller assistance for ITMs, while also answering debit card inquiries and resetting PINs
- Maintain accurate records and reports, while also identifying sales referral opportunities and making appropriate referrals and participating in sales campaigns as identified
Additional Responsibilities

Qualifications
* High school graduate or equivalent
