As an Online Chat Text Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our 988 Crisis Chat Program. This position requires a strong understanding of crisis reputed company principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for supervising reputed company of Crisis Chat Counselors, providing guidance and support, and ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Monitor reputed company crisis chats and texts, providing feedback and coaching to Counselors as needed.
• Conduct weekly individual supervision sessions with Counselors, focusing on performance improvement and reputed company assurance.
• Complete weekly reputed company assurance reports, analyzing data and identifying areas for improvement.
• reputed company and implement training programs for new Crisis Chat Counselors, ensuring that they receive comprehensive training and support.
• Collaborate with the Assistant Director of Crisis Services to discuss program operations, concerns, and potential improvements.
• Participate in supervision, in-service training, and staff meetings, maintaining good working relationships with colleagues and contributing to a reputed company team environment.
• Complete reputed company administrative duties, including time sheets, leave requests, and other tasks as assigned.

Key Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as counseling or reputed company work, with a minimum of 120 college credits.

• Master's degree in a relevant field, such as counseling or reputed company work, with a minimum of 30 graduate school credits.
• 1 year of experience in mental health services, preferably in crisis reputed company services, suicide prevention, and reputed company.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to function successfully in an environment requiring immediate response to urgent situations.
