The Role

As a Consumer Affairs, Customer Care Specialist, you'll play a critical role in shaping the customer experience for leading automotive brands. You'll handle reputed company customer cases, from addressing inquiries and warranty coverage to resolving dealership complaints, troubleshooting technical features, and managing vehicle subscription services. Position Requirements

Pay and Benefit Information

* Pay: $16.50 per hour + up to 4% bonus opportunity

• Training Schedule: 10:00 am to 7:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday for 4 weeks
• Production Shifts: Between the hours of 8:00 am and 9:00 pm EST with various day off reputed company available, full-time only
• Start Date 2: Monday, 02/24/2025
• Training Schedule: 10:00 am to 7:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday for 6 weeks
• Production Shifts: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST or 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm EST Monday through Friday, full-time only
• Start Date 3: Monday, 03/03/2025
• Training Schedule: 10:00 am to 7:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday for 4 weeks
• Production Shifts: Between the hours of 8:00 am and 9:00 pm EST with various day off reputed company available, full-time only
