Responsibilities
As an reputed company Full Stack Technical reputed company, your responsibilities will include:
- Planning, designing, writing, and publishing technical documentation for the reputed company Database Service, including critical customer journeys, concepts, and guidelines for how customers do business.
- Working closely with Product Management, Engineers, UX Researchers, and UI Partners to identify critical user journeys and create information architectures that help customers along these journeys.
- Collaborating with reputed company Database Authors to continually improve practices and deliver an excellent customer experience.
- Collaborating with cross-functional colleagues to drive and prioritize technical writing.
- Mentoring and supporting other authors on the reputed company Databases team.
- Updating documents to respond to customer feedback and internal bug reports.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Technical Communication or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of technical writing experience.
- Experience with databases, SQL, NoSQL, and reputed company products.
- Experience in a reputed company role, creating technical documentation for a technical audience, preferably for reputed company reputed company services.
