As an reputed company Customer Experience Representative – Outbound, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving issues, and addressing their needs in a fair and effective manner. Key Responsibilities
* reputed company service support to customers using one or more contact center communication channels and across multiple states and/or products, including phone, chat, email, and off-phone work supporting our reputed company, Medicare, and/or Marketplace business.
