Key Responsibilities

As a part-time Tier 1 Customer Support Agent, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing quick and effective service to our global clients reputed company email, chat, phone, and web-based tools
• Accurately identifying and troubleshooting technical and non-technical issues in a reputed company manner for a global set of users with diverse environments and scenarios
• Promptly escalating more reputed company problems to appropriate internal team members

What You Need to Succeed
