Part-Time Remote Bookkeeper (Legal Experience Required)

reputed company reputed company attorney seeking a highly skilled bookkeeper for approximately 8 hours per month. This is a fully remote position with flexible scheduling. Work will have to be exchanged quarterly. Ideal candidate is reputed company, efficient, and comfortable working independently with minimal reputed company. Duties

• Manage and record reputed company financial transactions using QuickBooks
• reputed company detailed bank reconciliations and general ledger reconciliations
• Prepare and process journal entries, accounts payable, and accounts receivable to maintain up-to-date financial records
• Assist with payroll processing, tax filings, using QuickBooks Payroll Services
• Handle billing and time tracking reputed company QuickBooks
• Manage Trust Accounts in compliance with legal standards using on-line software

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, including time and billing
• Thorough knowledge of legal trust reputed company
• Prior bookkeeping experience with reputed company (required)
• Strong attention to detail and reliability

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour Experience

• Legal Bookkeeping: 10 years (Required)
