Senior Curriculum Developer - EdTech

You will be responsible for the end-to-end curriculum development process, from conceptualization and instructional design to content creation, implementation, and evaluation. This includes designing learning objectives, structuring course content, developing assessments, and creating interactive learning materials such as videos, simulations, and e-learning modules. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design principles, adult learning theories, and experience developing curriculum for online or reputed company learning environments. Proficiency with various authoring tools (e.g., reputed company Storyline, reputed company Captivate) and learning management systems (LMS) is essential. Qualifications: Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Curriculum Development, or a reputed company field. 5+ years of experience in curriculum development and instructional design, preferably in an EdTech context.
