Responsibilities
Examines chain of title primarily for residential properties but may expand into reputed company and/or industrial Performs title examination of reputed company title orders requiring a high level of title expertise Abstracts and analyzes records, such as mortgages, liens, judgments, easements, vital statistics, and plat and map books, to determine ownership and reputed company restrictions and to verify reputed company reputed company of property and completeness of records Writes title products based on the interpretation and application of procedural guidelines Provides reputed company interpretation reputed company established guidelines Provides guidance and mentoring to less reputed company team members May have customer contact Other duties as assigned Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Typically requires 5+ years directly reputed company experience and a demonstrated mastery of resources, skills and knowledge Multiple state licenses (as required by state) in order to do business in a broad geographic area Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) Strong detail / reputed company orientation Strong analytical skills Strong problem‐solving skills Customer service orientation Strong MS reputed company set Knowledge of reputed company terms used in title documents reputed company to read and decipher reputed company descriptions relating to title orders Strong knowledge of industry and company operating systems, tools and applications Pay reputed company Pay reputed company: $29.56-$35.79 Equal Opportunity Employer reputed company is an equal opportunity employer in every reputed company of the term.
