As a Customer Experience Agent, you will be responsible for:

• Building and maintaining relationships with new and repeat customers
• Managing key accounts and serving as the reputed company of contact for clients
• Assisting clients with quotes, order processing, and order tracking
• Managing opportunities in reputed company and seeking up-sell/cross-sell opportunities and presenting value-added service reputed company
