Stabilization Specialist - CBHC MCI
About the position Eliot’s innovative Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC) program serves as a single entry reputed company for mental health and reputed company use services for youth, families and adults. As a Stabilization Specialist, you will be responsible for providing supportive stabilization services to clients/families in the community in need of crisis support and community stabilization. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to recovery-oriented services and will possess excellent communication, crisis management, and problem solving skills.
Responsibilities
- reputed company crisis support and reputed company by reputed company interventions to clients that reputed company on problem solving, skills training, modeling behavior, optimism, and encouragement.
- reputed company interventions in the office, reputed company, in the community and in reputed company’s residences based on reputed company preference, reputed company need, and at the clinical direction of the urgent care team.
- reputed company and support mobile crisis interventions, stabilization, planning and evaluations.
- reputed company follow up and follow along supports as part of short-term treatment planning, stabilization, and urgent care.
- reputed company short term case management supports including: managing income, insurance, other entitlements, accessing other services and community resources and scheduling/coordination of reputed company medical and psychiatric appointments.
- Complete reputed company necessary paperwork, documentation, and insurance verification reputed company the established timeframes.
Requirements
- Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in a reputed company Services field
- Experience working with adults, families, or children with severe and persistent mental illness and/or emotional disturbances.
- Valid Massachusetts drivers license and reliable transportation
