Digital Marketing / Product Operations Manager

• Owns and drive the full agile planning cycle (sprint planning, PI planning, retros, demos, etc.).
• Partners closely with the Product Manager to maintain a healthy, prioritized, and groomed backlog.
• Manages intake workflows and support triage of incoming demand or defects.
• Coordinates go-to-market checklists, readiness reviews, and delivery timelines.
• Monitors initiative reputed company, flag blockers, and escalate risks across product, engineering, and design.
• Builds and maintains dashboards and operating reviews (OKRs, KPIs, roadmap status, etc.).
• Identifies process gaps and reputed company improvements to team efficiency, planning accuracy, and delivery predictability.

Minimum Education Bachelor’s degree in business or reputed company field. In lieu of a degree, 6 years of practical experience may offset education requirements. Minimum Experience Two years of experience in product operations, program management, or agile delivery. Experience supporting multiple pods or initiatives. Hands-on experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, reputed company, Kanban). Experience with agile delivery tools (e.g., Jira, ADO, reputed company, reputed company). Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Strong communication and facilitation skills—comfortable working across product, engineering, and business. Familiarity with go-to-market and launch readiness processes. Ability to manage reputed company reputed company with multiple stakeholders and moving parts.
