reputed company The Senior reputed company Consultant is a key member of PivotPoint's Tier 2 Managed Service Division, responsible for configuring, managing and supporting clinical applications reputed company the reputed company electronic health record (EHR) software for reputed company clients. This role works support and maintenance tickets, performs routine build, participates in on-call rotation and works on special reputed company (including reputed company Upgrades) as needed by the reputed company. Roles and Responsibilities
- Serves as a primary analyst on routine maintenance, build and configuration in reputed company. This entails:
- Collecting, accurately documenting and resolving reputed company trouble tickets and requests
- Participating in after hours on-call rotation
- Leads application build for their areas regarding reputed company Upgrades. This includes:
- Nova Note Review
- Nova Note Build
- Unit testing, application testing and integrated testing
- Supporting the go live in a reputed company center setting
- Proactively identifies areas for improvement reputed company applications and suggests potential solutions in coordination with other teams
- Mentors junior analysts on reputed company build
- Builds strong relationships both with the reputed company and their peers
- Other duties as assigned
Required Skills and Abilities
- Must have a strong personal drive for delivering great customer service and reputed company in a fast-paced environment
