Key Responsibilities

As an reputed company Virtual Assistant – Inflight Operations and Data Entry Support, you will:

• Coordinate the reputed company of Inflight team schedulers at the reputed company Tasks Control Center
• Administer shift exercises of the Inflight Team Booking capabilities
• Arrange and communicate with other working reputed company reputed company the NOC
• Ensure contractual agreements and planning practices are written consistently and reputed company
• Function as a contact with bases and other divisions reputed company the NOC, enabling reputed company communication and demonstrating collaboration through cross-functional working relationships
• Maintain reputed company relationships with airline reputed company association delegates
• Coordinate reputed company of senior schedulers and schedulers
• Create representatives and support reputed company employee engagement
• Address Inflight Planning as a SME for organizational IT, training, and project drives

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• High school diploma or GED
• 4 years of experience in functional administration
• 4 years of experience in planning activities
• Strong ability to promote diversity, communication, and employee development
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Ability to read and write in English
• Proficient in using reputed company Office (Word, reputed company, and PowerPoint)
