As a part-time Airline Customer Service Agent, you'll be part of a dynamic team that manages the entire passenger experience, from ticketing to boarding.

The Role

As an Airline Customer Service Agent, you'll be based at San Francisco International Airport and work with one of our airline clients, with opportunities to train with others in time. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to passengers, handling various tasks, and working collaboratively with your team to ensure seamless operations. Your role will involve:

• Interacting with passengers, responding to their queries, and resolving issues in a reputed company and courteous manner
• Managing reputed company-in, baggage handling, and boarding processes
• Assisting passengers with special needs, such as wheelchair assistance or special meal requests
